Relationships

There are a lot of elements involved in our personal relationships as people. Among these elements are love, affection, respect and trust. One of the most important elements to any personal relationship is trust. Every great relationship is built around trust and it is definitely the most overlooked elements of a relationship.

A lot of relationships end because of a lack of trust or lost trust. This important element in a relationship can easily be destroyed by cheating or lying to your partner. When trust is violated, breakup is almost always inevitable, even for long term relationships. Nobody wants a partner that lies or cheats. Everybody is looking for that someone that they feel very comfortable with.

Building trust is simple, we do this by keeping our word. Whether the promise is to meet someone, call them, supply them with certain information or help them in some activity. At times, situations arise that are beyond our control which make it impossible for us to keep a promise. However, these instances should be few and far between. The important thing is that we not to make promises that we don't intend to keep or promises that we may have difficulty in keeping. It is easy to build your trust with someone initally,  but it is much harder to rebuild it if it has been destroyed.

  1. In commenting about this, I think you are right in alot of ways about this, but lack of trust, or lost trust...u should have reason to have lost that trust with someone in the first place. Simply, a simple argument, or a bad day, or night with one person, who is upset at you in the first place, isnt really losing trust, its having a disagreement and working thru that disagreement. Your last statement about making promises you dont intend on keeping...maybe someone should think about that part, and think about if they made promises to certain individuals, that grew to love your presence.

Relationships are built on understanding as well as trust. With understanding, u need ot understand what the other person is thinking and feeling and also what they have of issues from their past, and work towards growing together, instead of apart.

Whethor a loving relationship or a friendship relationship, pushing away from people that love you isn't a way to deal with your feelings or insecurities. Because it will just still leave u feeling empty, whethor u choose to aknowledge that you feel these feelings or not, and it leaves the other person or persons feeling even worse, due to lack of communication.
